Yes. Our matcha is carefully sourced and crafted to preserve its quality, colour, and nutrients.

Matcha contains caffeine, but pairs it with L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes a calm, sustained focus — the "clean, calm energy" without the jittery spike or crash many people get from coffee.

Our matcha is 100% pure green tea powder — naturally vegan and gluten-free. The Vanilla Cream is flavoured; please check the ingredient list on the pack for full details.

Each sachet is perfectly portioned for one serving. Empty the sachet into a cup, add a small amount of hot (not boiling) water, whisk or stir until smooth and frothy, then top up with more water or your favourite milk.

A bamboo whisk (chasen) gives the smoothest, frothiest result, but it isn't required — a small electric frother or even a sealed jar shaken well works great, especially with the sachets.

Both! Whisk as usual, then pour over ice and add cold milk for an iced matcha latte. The Vanilla Cream is especially good iced.

Keep your matcha in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odours, and reseal the pack after each use to preserve freshness and colour.
